The timeless elegant Spanish architectural was built in the year 1914 by a Portuguese Brazilian architect during Dutch rule. It was first used as a residential home. The property changed ownerships a few times and in 1967 till 2013 it functioned as both the Surabaya branch of the General Consulate of France and the French Cultural Center (CENTRE Culturel et de Cooperation Linguistique), which is also known as CCCL. Many of these priceless architectural properties still remain in superb condition till today. In the recent years, the building is declared as a protected heritage building by the city government.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Cook : Prepare,memasak sesuai SOP,bertanggung jawab akan kinerjanya dan disiplin
- CDP: Memantau kinerja,memonitor station,quality control terhadap preparation dari station, masing-masing,disiplin dan bertanggung jawab akan kinerjanya dan memiliki attitude yang baik
- Sous chef (Western): Second command in charge(bertanggung jawab ketika chef berhalangan hadir ataupaun karena bentuk aktifitas yang lain)
- Mengawasi dan memastikan semua kegiatan di kitchen berjalan sesuai SOP
- Japanese cook: Bisa memasak Japanese food dan diutamakan yang bisa sushi dan sashimi
Persyaratan
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun
- Mempunyai latar belakang bekerja di dapur western dan memahami bentuk apapun dasar dari western kitchen preparation
- Berpengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun
- Memiliki dasar dan pengetahuan sesuai dengan jabatannya (segala bentuk standar preparation, ingredients maupun tehnik memasak)
